How are the polices and parameters of admission made clear to prospective students ?.

The polices of B.Ed.admission cell of Hem. North Gujarat University, Patan to give admission to B.Ed. course is given by the

B.Ed. admission cell. This cell carries responsibilities to give admission to prospective students for B.Ed.,B.P.Ed.,M.p.Ed &M.Ed.

The admission cell collects all the necessary information’s concerning admission to B.Ed. from the affiliated institution of the

university, like, intake of teaching subjects run colleges,etc. Thenfter,the admission cell gives wide publicity for admission to

B.Ed.cource through news papers .in the advertisement price of the admission from along with the prospectus, addresses of

availability of the forms and last date of submission of filled up from are given. the address of submission of filled up forms

is also given in which it is indicated that the applicant can submit it personally or by post. The admission cell gives

admission to B.Ed.course to applicants on the basis of availability of seats through following parameters of preparing merit

lists.

Basic qualification to get admission to B.Ed.course is graduation with atleast 45% of marks and for the subjects of

Economics and commerce the basic qualification is M.com and M.A(Ecom.)respectively.

The admission to old students of the university are given weightage of 90% and 10% for fresh gradutes of university.

The admission to B.Ed.course is divided in two categories:

1. 95% admission to students studied at the Hem.North Gujarat University

2. 5%admisssion to those students studied at the other universities.
